By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

 1. MEDICAL SERVICES & DISCLAIMER

•  Not for Emergencies: Our website and WhatsApp communication channels are for administrative and informational purposes only. In the event of a medical emergency, please call 999 (UAE Emergency Services) immediately or visit the nearest hospital emergency department.

•  Professional Advice: The content on our website is for general information and does not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of our licensed physicians regarding a medical condition.

 2. APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

•  Booking: Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or WhatsApp.

•  Identification: In accordance with UAE regulations, patients must present a valid Emirates ID or Passport at the time of the visit.

•  Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result a cancellation.

 3. WHATSAPP AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

•  Consent: By providing your phone number, you explicitly consent to receive communications from us via WhatsApp for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and clinic updates.

•  WABA Usage: We use the WhatsApp Business API (WABA) to enhance our service. While WhatsApp is encrypted, you acknowledge the inherent risks of electronic communication.

•  Opt-out: You can opt-out of WhatsApp communications at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us directly.

 4. PAYMENTS AND BILLING

•  Currency: All prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

•  Insurance: Patients are responsible for providing accurate insurance details. Any costs not covered by insurance (co-payments, deductibles, or rejected claims) are the sole responsibility of the patient.

•  VAT: Prices are subject to 5% VAT where applicable under UAE Federal Law.

 5. PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

•  You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your medical history and current health status.

•  You agree to follow the treatment plans and instructions provided by our medical staff.

 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Global Med Sys Poly Clinic LLC and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the provision of medical care in accordance with the standards set by the DHA in the UAE.

All content on this website (logos, text, graphics) is the property of Global Med Sys Poly Clinic LLC and is protected by UAE intellectual property laws.

 8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
