Nothing hurts — should I still come?

Yes: after 40 the doctor will assess your risks and set a personal screening plan. Per the American Urological Association guideline (AUA, 2023), a baseline PSA is discussed at 45–50, or from 40–45 for higher-risk men. Problems caught early are usually simple to solve.
