Getting here

On foot — from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa along Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard; look for the Heritage hotel and the Old Town arches.
By taxi — say “Souk Al Manzil, Old Town”; you can be dropped at the boulevard entrance or in the inner courtyard.
By metro — the nearest station is Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall (Red Line), then a few minutes by taxi.
By car — underground parking at Souk Al Manzil: first hour free, then AED 10 per hour; valet parking at the Heritage hotel next to the clinic.

Entrances

Souk Al Manzil has two convenient entrances: from the boulevard and from the Old Town inner courtyard. A taxi can drop you at either one.

What the clinic offers

Eleven departments and eight doctors, all consulting in English and Russian: family doctor, pediatrics, gynecology, urology, cardiology, gastroenterology, dermatology, neurology, ultrasound, check-ups and vaccination. Ultrasound and lab samples in the same visit, no second trip. All doctors.

Insurance

Direct billing via LGA Assistance and AP Companies; travel insurance is also handled through the assistance companies; for other policies we provide reimbursement documents. Send us your policy on WhatsApp and we will check before your visit. More about insurance.

Does the clinic have parking?

Yes: Souk Al Manzil has underground parking — the first hour is free, then AED 10 per hour. Valet parking is available at the Heritage hotel next to the clinic.
